In Switzerland, delivery is carried out by Swiss Post and takes approximately 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

For other countries like France, Germany and Italy, delivery takes about 2-3 business days.

For countries like Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Netherlands, delivery takes about 3-6 days.

We do not accept returns for bags, as each piece is handmade in limited quantities. However, if you encounter a problem with the clasp of your bracelet, we accept returns for repair or exchange. Regarding rings, we remain at your disposal for any questions about the size and will find a suitable solution if necessary.

We offer a buyback service for your silver, metal, stainless steel or silver plated spoons . If you have any spoons you would like to part with, please contact us with a photo and description and we will make you an offer.

Transform a spoon that is close to your heart

If you have a spoon full of history or memories, we offer you the possibility of transforming it into a custom ring . We craft each piece with care before returning it to you, so that you can carry this memory with you every day .

Solid silver:
- Clean with a soft microfiber cloth.
- To restore shine, use a special silver chamois or rub with baking soda and water.
- Avoid prolonged contact with water and perfume.
- Store them in a pouch to prevent oxidation.

Metal/Stainless Steel:
- Stainless steel is very durable: a simple wash with soapy water is enough.
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning to avoid water marks.
- Avoid harsh chemicals.

Silver plated:
- Clean with a soft cloth , without abrasive products.
- Avoid excessive friction which can wear out the plating.
- Remove them in the shower or before sleeping to extend their life.

💡 General tip: Store your rings away from humidity and sunlight to avoid any deterioration.

Si ta bague en argent laisse une légère trace noire sur ton doigt, cela peut être dû à plusieurs facteurs :

- L'argent réagit avec l'humidité, la sueur et les produits chimiques (savon, crème, parfum) et peut former du sulfure d'argent, qui est noir. C'est une réaction normale, surtout si ta peau est légèrement acide.

- L'argent 925 (argent sterling) contient 92,5 % d'argent et 7,5 % d'autres métaux, souvent du cuivre. Lorsque le cuivre s’oxyde, il peut laisser des traces sur la peau.

- Si ton pH est plus acide, cela accélère la réaction entre l'argent et ton corps, ce qui peut provoquer ces traces noires.

- Certaines lotions, crèmes ou même le chlore dans l'eau peuvent accélérer l’oxydation et laisser des marques.
